"Mini&Me - crochet company" was created on 1st January 2024 to start a fresh year with new goals, manifestations and energies giving me the ability to stay home with my little one!
Becoming a first-time-mama can be a tough ride, learning how to balance everything on your plate with a newborn in tow! I knew that I wanted to be a stay-at-home mama so I don't ever miss a part of my daughter's childhood! Creating a company centered around celebrating the unique bond between parents and their children was an absolute must, something that shouts practical but also luxury!
Mini&Me was the perfect name to showcase the feelings between parent and baby, how we always put them first and ourselves second! Crocheting was the technique chosen to show the determination and love I have for my little one, building the life of our dreams with a slow-paced process - every stitch containing love!
Our crochet talents extend past nursery decor and continues to a range of products including blankets, clothing, accessories and toys! We are a brand that recognizes the deep, personal connection that comes with choosing the most perfect items for your new bundle of joy or as a gift for someone special! Each of our individually handcrafted crochet items are all designed with the same attention to detail and flair for creativity!

Our Story
You'll have read above how I wanted to be a stay-at-home mama but a little more detail into my 'why'?
My daughter, Claudia Freya, has a genetic mutation called MTHFR meaning that her small body struggles to detox the toxins from her body! As you can imagine this news was terrifying, intense and devastating in the beginning stages as a new mama, this is not covered on the NHS so we had to seek private alternatives!
By me staying at home it allows me to keep check of Claudia's diet, cook our meals completely from scratch and get her outside as much as possible for her health! We follow a low toxic lifestyle with her and ourselves, eat organic and anything processed is a no go but baking alternatives from scratch is a frequent occurrence requiring a LOT more time than I previously had!
We as a family are so grateful to Mini&Me's success as without our beautiful baby company none of our own baby girl's goals would be possible!

Amy
Founder and creator
Amy is 29 years old, she has a passion for anything crafty or expressing her creative flare!
She is attuned to reiki level 1 to assist her daughters healing and alignment alongside being a collector of crystals!
Previous to Mini&Me, she was a dog groomer for 10 years owning her own business offering a holistic approach!
She's had the now family dog since she was 21 and now he is the childhood dog for her daughter to grow up with!
She spends a LOT of her day time with her horses and her daughter, she is an all around animal lover!
Her evenings are spent fulfilling orders while her little one sleeps!
Tyler
Packaging and shipping
Tyler is 29 years old, he has the brains behind Amy's ideas as well as the support to make it happen!
He is the outgoing one and always up for a new task, he built Amy's dog grooming summerhouse, fitted the electrical work and ran the hot water to the bathing area!
He is the one who tells Amy to tone it down but does it to her level of extra anyway!
Tyler is the grounded figure of the relationship, keeping everything flowing nicely and on track in a time conscious manner!
Tyler is also amazing with animals, although he would like Amy to slow down adding more to the family he goes with the flow anyways and they all like being around him, likely for the chilled vibes he brings!
